摘要
为充分利用石墨尾矿中有用矿物,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、多元素分析确定其主要矿物组成和化学成分,利用岩矿测试研究其中有用矿物的粒度分布及嵌布特征,结合摇床和原矿粒度筛析及激光粒度测试结果,确定采用1粗3精的浮选流程,可获得产率为25.54%,绢云母含量为78.95%,回收率为65.79%的绢云母精矿。
X-ray diffraction(XRD), ore particle size analysis, optical microscopy and chemical component analysis were done, combined with the results of shaking table and sieve analysis, the separation process to graphite tailing was researched preliminary. Concentrate with productivity 25.54%, sericite content 78.95% was got by one rough and three concentrate flotation separation.
