氧化铝/坡缕石复合材料的制备及其对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附

摘要 以甘肃白银坡缕石黏土为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备氧化铝/坡缕石复合材料,通过复合材料对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的静态吸附实验,研究了氧化铝与坡缕石的质量比、反应温度、焙烧温度及焙烧时间对复合材料吸附性能的影响。结果表明,氧化铝与坡缕石的质量比为0.4,反应温度50℃,300℃下焙烧4 h,复合材料对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能较好,吸附量达22.5 mg/g。 The palygorskite/alumina composite materials were prepared using palygorskite clay in Gansu Baiyin by sol-gel technique. The effect of mass ratio of alumina and palygorskite, reaction temperature, calcination temperature and time on adsorption performance of composites adsorbing Cr(VI) were investigated through static adsorption experiments. The results demonstrate that composite materials have good adsorption ability of Cr(VI) when mass ratio of alumina and palygorskite is 0.4, reaction temperature is 50 ℃, calcination temperature is 300 ℃and time is 4 h and adsorption capacity can reach 22.5 mg/g.
