摘要
多车道路段中交通事故的发生会极大影响该路段的通行能力.本文根据无信号交叉口与多车道交通事故点交通流的相似性,建立了交通事故下路段通行能力预测模型.对多车道路段的通行能力在交通事故发生前、发生时、发生后的变化情况分别进行了预测,并结合实际案例对模型进行了分析与验证.本模型能较为准确的估算交通事故对该路段通行能力的影响程度,这将为开发城市紧急救援系统提供理论依据.
Accidents have great effects on the multi -lane traffic capacity .Based on the similarity between the traffic flow of the non -signalized section and multi -lane accident spot , an under-accident traffic capacity prediction model was proposed , which is able to predict the multi -lane traffic capacity pre-underand after-accident .The validity and practicability of the model were illustrated with an example .By precisely predicting the effect of an accident on the traffic capacity , this model provides the theoretical foundation of the city emergency rescue system .
