摘要
通过使用电力质量分析仪对空气压缩机组的电动机变频调速装置进行测试,查找影响电动机运行效率的因素,分析了使用变频调速的三相异步电动机运行参数,表明采用PWM变频调速具有调节速度快、动态特性好、输入功率因数高等特点,取得了电动机软起动平稳运行可靠和节能技术改造效果的目的。
An electric power quality analyzer was used to carry out test for the motor variable frequency speed regulation device of air compressor units to search the factors impacting on motor operation efficiency and to analyze three-phase synchronous mo-tor operation parameters of variable frequency speed regulation. Test results show that adopting pulse width modulation (PWM) variable frequency speed regulation is fast in speed regulation, good in dynamic characteristics and high in input power factor, to achieve motor stable soft start, reliable operation and energy saving technology reform.
