转录因子E2F1、ki-67在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:检测E2F1和ki-67蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌(invasive ductal carcinoma,IDC)中的表达,为乳腺癌的发生发展及预后判断提供一定的依据。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测91例IDC、18例不典型增生组织、30例正常乳腺组织中E2F1、ki-67蛋白表达情况,分析二者与临床病理因素之间的关系。结果:①E2F1和ki-67蛋白表达率在IDC组织分别为47.3%(43/91)和69.2%(63/91),在不典型增生组分别为11.1%(2/18)和16.7%(3/18),正常组均不表达,各组之间相比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。②乳腺癌组织E2F1和ki-67阳性表达与腋窝淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小、组织学分级、TNM分期有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄无关(P>0.05);E2F1和ki-67在乳腺癌中的阳性表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:E2F1、ki-67蛋白与乳腺癌的发生发展有关,提示它们可能是参与IDC病程进展的重要因子,二者联合检测对患者预后评估具有重要价值。 Objective: To evaluate the expression of E2F1 and ki-67 protein in IDC,and to provide a theoretical basis for the development and prognosis of IDC. Methods: The SP methods was used to detect the expression of E2F1 and ki-67protein in 91 cases of IDC,18 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 30 cases of normal breast tissues of non-cancerous breast disease,and its relationships with clinicopathological features were analyzed. Result: ①The positive expression rate of E2F1 and ki-67protein was 47. 3% and 69. 2% in IDC,11. 1% and 16. 7% in atypical hyperplasia,respectively. The expression of E2F1 and ki-67 protein was significantly different among three groups( P〈0. 05). ② The expression of E2F1 and ki-67 was positively correlated with lymph node status,tumor size,histological grading and TNM classification of tumor( P〈0. 05),but not correlated with age. The expression of E2F1 and ki-67was positively correlated in IDC( r =0. 297,P〈0. 05). Conclusion: E2F1 and ki-67may be involved the occurrence and progress in breast cancer. The expression of E2F1 and ki-67 are correlated with the prognosis of patients. Combined detection of E2F1 and ki-67 may be more helpful to evaluated the prognosis of breast cancer.
