摘要
目的探讨SQL数据库技术在临床研究中的应用价值。方法基于B/S(Browser/Server,浏览器/服务器模式)体系结构,运用SQL Server 2005数据库以及ASP(Active Server Page)技术,记录和分析原始资料进行中医药防治中风后认知障碍临床应用研究。由于该研究是多中心、大样本、入组病例约3000例,通过数据库管理系统建立病例资料数据库的方法实时收集病例的有关信息,最后进行相关分析。结果临床资料数据库管理系统的建立不仅为多中心临床研究提供了极大的便利条件并节省了时间,实现数据的实时动态管理,加强了临床研究的数据管理和监控。结论 SQL数据库技术为临床研究提供了一种有效的技术手段。
Objective： To investigate the application value of SQL database technology in clinical research. Methods： Based on Browser/Server architecture and SQL Server 2005 database and ASP （Active Server Page） technology ,study of prevention and treatment of TCM in cognitive impairment after stroke was carried on by collecting and analyzing raw data. Baeause of multi-central large-sample clinical study,real-time ease information database which was established through the database manager would be collected and analyzed. Results： Case information database not only provides convenient and time-saving conditions for multi-central study ,but also realized real-time management Of data,which could improve data quality mangement and control. Conclusion： SQL database technology provides an effective technical way for clinical research.
