摘要
目的研究通窍活血汤对脑梗死急性期大鼠胃动素及胃泌素的影响。方法制备大鼠大脑中动脉梗死模型,随机分为脑梗死组、通窍常规剂量组、通窍低剂量组、西咪替丁组、假手术组、并设正常组。分别给予生理盐水、通窍活血汤常规剂量、通窍活血汤低剂量、西咪替丁、生理盐水灌胃,并于4、7 d后测定胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)含量。结果脑梗死组4、7 d时MTL、GAS含量较相应正常组、假手术组及通窍常规剂量组大鼠有明显升高(P<0.01);与通窍低剂量组相比,通窍常规剂量组更能明显降低MTL、GAS水平(P<0.01)。4 d时西咪替丁组、通窍常规剂量及低剂量MTL、GAS水平较7 d时明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论通窍活血汤能有效调节脑梗死急性期胃动素及胃泌素的表达,并且与剂量成正比关系,此可能为其治疗脑梗死后胃肠功能障碍的机制。
Objective: To observe effect of Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction on changes of motilin (MTL) and gastrin (GAS) of rats with cerebral infarction in acute period. Methods: Cerebral infarction models were made and randomly divided into cerebral infarction group, Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction routine dose group,low dose group, Cimetidine group, sham operation group, and control group. The rats were given Saline, Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction routine dose, Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction low dose, Cimetidine, and Saline enema separately. At 4th day and 7th day, inferior vena venous blood samples were collected to detect the MTL and GAS concentrations by radioimmunoassay. Results: At 4th and 7th day the MTL and GAS of cerebral infarction group were still higher than those of normal group, sham operation group and Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction routine dose group (P〈 0.01 );Compared with Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction low dose group,MTL and GAS in Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction routine dose group decreased (P〈0.01) significantly. In 4th day,MTL and GAS in Cimetidine group,Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction routine dose group and Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction low dose group were higher than those in 7 th day (P〈 0.05). Conculsion: Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction can effectively regulate the expression of motilin (MTL) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (GAS),which is proportional to dose. It may be the mechanism treating gastrointestinal dysfunction after cerebral infarction.
