摘要
模具的使用寿命是提高经济效益的重要因素。本文就制造电气开关铜触头的冷锻模具的失效状态,通过宏观分析和金相显微的研究,得出由于碳化物分布不均匀导致疲劳破断的结论,并就控制材质和改善热处理工艺,提出了改进措施。
The lifetime of the dies is an important factor in raising the economic efficiency in the production. Through the macroscopic analysis as well as metalloscopy on the failure status of the cold forging die destined for manufacturing the copper contact heads of electric switches, the paper reaches the conclusion that the irregular distribution of the carbides will cause fatigue breaking, and the improvement measures so as to control the quality of material and improve the heat treatment technology are proposed.
