加味四妙勇安汤干预蝮蛇咬伤患者血清CK、SOD、MDA的临床研究

Clinical Study of Jiaweisimiaoyong′an Decoction on the Intervention Effect of Serum CK,SOD and MDA in Pallas Pit Viper Bited Patients

目的观察加味四妙勇安汤治疗蝮蛇咬伤后患者血清CK、SOD、MDA的变化。方法将60例采用随机区组的方法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。分别给予加味四妙勇安汤加抗蝮蛇血清治疗和单纯抗蝮蛇血清治疗1周后,检测血清CK、SOD、MDA变化。结果治疗组与对照组相比,能显著降低蝮蛇咬伤患者血清CK、MDA水平,升高血清SOD含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论加味四妙勇安汤通过调解蝮蛇咬伤患者血清CK、SOD、MDA水平,减轻肌肉损伤,提高机体抗氧化作用。

Objective： To observe the effects of Jiaweisimiaoyong＇an Decoction in the treatment of serum CK, SOD and MDA in pallas pit viper bited patients. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was used the Jiaweisimiaoyong＇an Decoction and anti venom serum therapy and the group was given only anti venom serum for a week. After treatment, some indices were observed and compared in two groups such as CK,SOD and MDA. Results： Compared the therapies in the control group,Jiaweisimiaoyong＇an Decoction plus anti venom serum can significantly reduce the snakebite serum CK, MDA levels in patients with elevated serum SOD content. There was statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group （P〈 0.05,P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Jiaweisimiaoyong＇an Decoction can mediate snakebite serum CK, SOD, MDA levels, reduce muscle injury,improve the antioxidation of organism.
