掺加废旧轮胎热解油的聚合物改性沥青性能研究

摘要 对废旧轮胎进行真空裂解,可以得到两种残留热解油H09和H18。通过SHRP以及常规沥青性能的相关试验可知,在常温和高温条件下,向沥青中加入聚合物和H18热解残留物可以改善沥青的性能。通过采用光学显微镜对改性沥青的微观结构进行观察分析,可知奥氏熟化机制对离散的聚合物产生微相分离的作用非常小。研究发现,聚乙烯结构在混合物中的变化与沥青的类型无关;SHRP体系中高温标准与环球法高温标准在系统上有20℃的差异;含10%H18和1%聚合物的沥青混合物高低温性能最好。 Through vacuum pyrolysis of waste tire, two kinds of residual oil H09 and H18 can be got. Through related experiments on performance of SHRP and conventional asphalt, it can be got that adding polymer and H18 pyrolysis residue into asphalt under normal and high temperature can improve the performance of asphalt. Trough observing and analyzing microstructure of modified asphalt by using optical microscope, it can be got that the microphase separation effect of Ostwald ripening mechanism on discrete polymer is very small. Study finds that, the changes of polyethylene structure in the mixture are unrelated to the type of the asphalt;there are 20℃difference of the high temperature standard between SHRP system and universal law the system;the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture containing 10%H18 and 1%polymer is the best.
