基于风险规避特性的供应链回购契约机制

Buy-back contract mechanism for supply chain coordination based on risk-averse character

针对风险规避供应商与风险中性零售商组成的二级供应链协作激励问题.对比分析供应商为风险中性和风险规避者两种情形下,回购契约对零售商多订货行为的影响.采用数值分析手段,定量刻画了回购契约参数与供应商风险规避程度之间的关系.研究结果表明:一但供应商风险规避程度超过一定的限制,回购契约已经不能完善协调供应链,此时需要设计新的协调机制.

The cooperation incentive problem on the risk-averse supplier and risk neutral retailer in two stage supply chain is discussed .Firstly ,the paper analyzes the supplier′s behavioral strategies for encour-aging retailer to order more goods w hen it has risk-averse attitude or risk-neutral attitude .and by numer-ical method ,the relationship between the supplier risk aversion and repurchase price is analyzed quantita-tively .Furthermore ,the paper studies the applicable conditions of buy-back contract mechanism .
