摘要
为了促进协同产品开发过程的顺利高效运作,提高我国制造企业的产品创新能力,有效实施知识管理,通过访谈和文献检索定义了影响产品开发知识协同敏捷性水平的主要变量,即产品开发知识共享水平(C),产品开发环境(S),产品开发快速响应水平(F).以安徽江淮汽车股份有限公司为研究对象,采用问卷调查和结构方程模型的方法,从分析产品协同开发的动因和机理入手,以知识协同为研究对象,探讨客户化供应链下产品开发知识协同系统,并验证了本文提出的假设与结构模型,明确了各因素的影响程度及影响机理.
In order to promote product development process collaboration smoothly and efficiently ,and improve the creative ability of the product in manufacturing business enterprise in China ,main variables that impact the level of agility in product development knowledge collaboration are defined as the knowledge-sharing level of product development (C) ,the environment of product development (S) ,the rapid response level of product devel-opment(F) ,through interview and literature review .Taking Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Co .Ltd .as the re-search subject ,through the questionnaire survey and structural equation model ,from analyzing the cause and mechanism of product collaborative development ,the system of product development knowledge collaboration in customization supply chain is discussed ,hypotheses and the structural model are verified ,the influence degree and the influence mechanism of each factor are obtained .
