摘要
通过文献法和访谈法对高校辅导员队伍现状进行调查分析,认为当下高校辅导员队伍建设中存在着教师从业能力欠缺,整体素质偏低等问题.并对问题的成因进行了深入分析,提出了制定严格的选聘制度,构建和谐的政策环境,建立考核与激励机制,打造专业化工作团队是提升和优化高校辅导员素质的有效路径.
The current situation of university counselors is investigated through documentary and inter-view methods ,it is found that there exist plenty of problems to be solved in the development of universi-ty counselors ,such as teachers′ lower professional abilities and qualities .To solve these problems ,a thorough analysis about the reasons have been carried out ,and several effective ways have been given as follow s :Establishing strict hiring system ,promoting harmonious policy environment ,setting up evalua-tion and incentive mechanism and forming professional work teams are significant methods to enhance and optimize university counselors quality .
