摘要
三元复合驱采出水的油水分离困难乳化严重,如何降低现有工艺的污水处理难度是油田亟待解决的问题.采用三元采出水掺混聚驱采出水的方法,降低污水处理难度.考察三元复合驱采出水的最佳掺混比例以及物理沉降效果,并对掺混的三元采出水进行了油水分离特性分析.研究表明,三元采出水和聚驱采出水的物理沉降掺混的最佳比为70%;该比例下掺混水的沉降性较好,静沉8 h后水中含油量降低到100 mg/L以下;物理静沉试验随着三元采出水掺混比例的降低,采出水含油量达到100 mg/L以下所用静沉时间逐步缩短且沉降效率逐步增加,有助于提高三元采出水的油水分离效果,有利于悬浮物的去除和粒径中值降低,对于降低现有三元污水处理工艺的污水处理难度具有重要的实际意义.
The oil-water separation of produced water from ASP -flooding is difficult with serious emulsification .How to reduce the difficulty of water treatment at current technology demand prompt solution .In this paper , using the sedimentation of ASP -flooding and poly-mer-flooding to reduce the difficulty of water treatment .The best blend ratio of ASP -flooding , the situation of physical sedimentation and the characteristic of oil -water separa-tion were investigated .The results showed that the best blend ratio of physical sedimentation of ASP-flooding to polymer -flooding is 70%, which can obtain well effect of sedimenta-tion, the oil content in produced water decrease under 100 mg/L.With the decrease of the ratio of ASP-flooding , the sedimentation time of the oil content in produced water decreased under 100 mg/L, while sedimentation efficiency increased .It was advantageous to enhance the effect of oil -water separation , remove suspended substance and decrease the particle di-ameter median, which was meaningful for reducing the difficulty of water treatment at current technology .
