初中生时间管理倾向与学习倦怠关系的研究 被引量:5

Relationship between time management and learning burnout of middle school students

摘要 目的探讨初中生时间管理的特点及与学习倦怠的关系。方法采用《时间管理倾向量表》及《青少年学习倦怠量表》调查了814名初一至初三的学生。结果初中生时间管理倾向处于中等偏上水平,时间管理倾向各维度在年级、学业成绩上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在性别上只有时间监控观和时间管理倾向总分存在差异,而时间价值感和时间效能感不存在差异。初中生时间管理倾向的3个维度与学习倦怠的3个维度呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论时间管理倾向在性别、年级、学业成绩上存在显著差异,时间管理倾向与学习倦怠呈显著负相关,时间管理倾向得分越高者,学习倦怠越轻,反之则学习倦怠越重。 Objective To explore the time management of middle school students and the relationship between the time management and learning burnout. Methods A total of 814 middle school students were investigated with Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale and Adolescence Learning Burnout. Results The time management score of the middle school students was above the medium level.The time management disposition scores were significantly different between or among different grades and academic achievements.In time control concept and time management disposition,there were significant differences between sexes,but in the sense of time value and time efficacy,there were no significantly differences.The three dimensions of time management disposition were negatively related to three dimensions of learning burnout. Conclusions In time management disposition,there are significant differences between or among the gender,academic achievements and grades.The time management disposition is negatively related to the learning burnout.The higher the time management disposition score,the less the learning burnout,and vice versa.
