脑心通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛50例疗效观察

Clinical observation of 50 cases of naoxintong capsules in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的观察脑心通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法选择冠心病心绞痛患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予脑心通胶囊,对照组给予复方丹参片,治疗4周,观察用药后冠心病心绞痛患者的症状缓解程度和心电图变化情况。结果治疗组在缓解心绞痛症状、改善心电图缺血方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑心通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效肯定,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Naoxintong capsules in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 50 cases each,and the treatment group was given with Naoxintong capsules on the basis of the conventional therapy,and the control group received compound salvia tablets for 4weeks.The symptoms of the patients and ECG changes were observed red. Results The relief of symptoms of angina and the improvement of ECG ischemic manifestations were better in the treatment group than the control group（both P〈0.05）.Conclusions Naoxintong capsules in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is definitely effect.
