摘要
为研究β-胡萝卜素对小鼠免疫功能的影响,通过在日粮中添加β-胡萝卜素,使用环磷酰胺建立免疫抑制模型,观察β-胡萝卜素对正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠的免疫器官指数的影响、对免疫器官组织形态学的影响、对血清中细胞因子和对血清中免疫球蛋白含量的影响。结果表明β-胡萝卜素能改善由环磷酰胺引起免疫器官的损伤,提高免疫抑制小鼠血清中的细胞因子和免疫球蛋白含量。由此可以看出β-胡萝卜素能提高机体体液免疫功能,缓解由环磷酰胺引起的免疫抑制作用,该结果为β-胡萝卜素的免疫机制的进一步研究奠定了基础。
Mice were supplemented with β - carotene and established an immunosuppression model by cyclophosphamide to study the effects of β-carotene on immune function in mice. The immune organs index, histomorphology of immune organs, cytokines and immunoglobulin in serum were detected to evaluate the role ofβ-carotene.The results showed thatβ-carotene can improve the immune organ damage caused by cyclophosphamide and the cytokine and immunoglobulin levels in serum of immunosuppression mice. It suggested that β-carotene can improve the humoral immune function, alleviate immunosuppression induced by cyclophosphamide, which lays a foundation for further study of the immune mechanism of β-carotene.
