摘要
学校是育人场所,所进行的一切工作都应以育人为中心,大学生贫困资助工作也应如此。从"他助"走向"自助"是贫困资助的经济功能逐渐走向育人功能的一种要求,也是一种趋势和必然,它是由资助体系的历史发展与现状、"他助"模式的现实困境和"自助"模式的实践优势共同决定的。通过理论与实践综合分析,笔者认为从"他助"转换到"自助"是可行性的,并提出完成转换需要注意的两个层面——学生和学校。对学生而言,应摒弃好逸恶劳,倡导自强不息,应杜绝敷衍了事,坚持以身作则,应饮水思源,助己助人;对学校而言,应以经济资助为基础,拓宽资助渠道,搭建"自助平台",着重关注学生的心理健康教育和内在品质教育。
School is a place of education in which all work should be centered on education, and the same goes for college students' poor support work. From “others help” to “help oneself” is a request of educational function, and it is a trend decided by the historical development and present situation of financing system, the disadvantages of “others help” mode and the practical advantages of “help oneself” mode. “help oneself” mode can do work by the joint efforts of students and school. Students should advocate the unremitting self-improvement, adhere to make oneself an example, and willing to help others. School should take the economic aid for the foundation, broaden the funding channels, build “self-service platform”, and focus on the students' mental health education and quality education.
