农村土地流转影响因素研究——基于对苏北地区农户的调查

Study on the Influence Factors of Rural Land Circulation:Based on a Survey of Households in Northern Jiangsu Area

农村土地流转制度改革已经成为我国农业现代化过程中亟待解决的问题,近年来受到了学者和政府部门的广泛关注。如何更好地推进农村土地流转,以期促进"三农"进一步发展是一个值得探讨的命题。从微观上讲,农村土地流转发展情况是农户流转行为的具体表现形式。而作为研究对象的农户土地流转行为是多种因素共同作用的结果。通过微观调研数据,对影响苏北地区农户土地流转的因素进行了研究。通过Logistic模型进行回归分析,发现农户家庭基本情况中的"受教育年限""承包地面积"及"是否参加新农保"等因素,对农户的土地转出行为具有较强且较普遍的影响力。

Rural land circulation system reform has become a problem that should be solved in the process of agricul -tural modernization in China ,and it has received wide attention from scholars and government departments in recent years.In order to promote further development of ＂agriculture,peasants and rural areas＂,how to better promote the rural land circulation becomes a proposition that is worth to explore .From the microcosmic view ,the development of rural land circulation is the concrete form of the behavior of farmer ’ s circulation .As the research object of the be-havior of peasant household land circulation ,it is the joint result of many factors .Based on the micro survey data ,we studied the influence factors on the rural land circulation in Northern Jiangsu area .Regression analysis is carried out using the Logistic model .It is found that the ＂education level＂,＂contracted land area＂and＂whether or not to par-ticipate in the new agricultural insurance＂in farmer family basic situation has a strong and widespread influence on land transfer behavior of farmers .
