摘要
煤矿事故的发生大多是由人的不安全行为造成的,加强对煤矿员工不安全行为的控制是杜绝煤矿事故的重要手段。按照行为痕迹、频次和风险等级对不安全行为进行分类,针对各类不安全行为提出管控措施并进行积分考核,实现对员工不安全行为的风险预控。
Many coal mine accidents were caused by people's unsafe behaviors , and to strengthen the control of coal mine staff's unsafe behaviors is one of the important measures to completely eradicate coal mine accidents .In this paper , we classify unsafe behaviors in terms of behavioral residue , frequency , and risk classification , then put for-ward control measures and make evaluations by credits to different kinds of unsafe behaviors .Ultimately realize the risk precontrol of staff's unsafe behaviors .
