“学习人”人性假设及其管理策略探析

摘要 通过理顺个体学习、团队学习、组织学习以及学习型组织之间的关系,构建了一个"学习人"实现"自我超越"的路径模型,并就如何有效管理"学习人"提出了进一步创新管理的策略选择:通过营造学习型文化氛围、构建学习型激励机制、创新学习型领导思维、建立学习型培训体系来激发员工的学习动力,以期对大学文化建设以及政府、企业文化建设等有一定的借鉴意义。 Since the emergence, development and improvement of learning organization theory promoted the development of the human nature assumption about "learning person" in the 1990s, human nature assumption theory has gained a new breakthrough. This paper firstly analyses connotation and characteristics of learning person and then a model of self - transcendence about "learning person" is created by means of straightening out the relationship between individual learning, team learning, organizational learning and learning organization. Finally, the further innovation management strategies which consist of creating learning culture atmosphere, constructing learning motivation mechanism, innovating learning leadership thinking, and establishing learning training system are proposed to effectively manage learning person and to stimulate learning motivation of all the staff. And the author hopes that this research is worth learning to raise the level of construction of university, government and enterprise.
