Central Six Provinces Undertaking Industrial Transfer——Based on Comparison of Industrial Gradient Coefficient

产业梯度是区域间产业转移的客观基础,有效承接来自长三角地区的产业转移是中部地区加速区域发展的重要方式。在总结中部地区承接产业转移现状基础上,运用产业梯度系数法分析中部六省具有竞争优势的产业,得到各省应重点承接的产业。在中部六省产业承接的背景下,安徽省产业发展应与长三角产业互补,和中部六省错位发展,软硬兼施。

Industry gradient is the objective basis of regional industry transfer. It is an important way of accelerating regional develop- ment for the central regions to undertake industry transfer effectively from Yangtze River delta. Based on the summary of the current situation of undertaking industry transfer,thls article uses the industrial gradient coefficient method to analyze the competitive advantage in industries and identify the key industries which should be accepted by central provinces. Finally, in the background of the central six provinces undertaking industry,it brings forward suggestions for industry development in Anhui province as follows：complementing in- dustry with Yangtze River delta, staggered development with the central six provinces,practicing internal strength with carrot - and - stick tactic.
