摘要
针对马来西亚TNB电力公司132 kV线路发生的光纤差动保护信道告警事件,通过对现场信道测试和接口转换器码流偏差容忍度测试,找出引起保护信道告警的根本原因是综合业务接入设备和同步数字体系均设置为从时钟模式,造成通信系统没有时钟源,提出将其中一侧设备设置为主时钟模式以及适当提高接口转换器码流偏差容忍度的解决方案。对不同厂家的接口转换器进行码流偏差容忍度测试,结果说明部分综合业务接入设备的时钟设置对通信系统的码流速率有较大的影响。
Aiming at fiber differential protection channel alarm event of 132 kV line of Malaysia TNB electric power compa-ny and by testing field channel and deviation tolerance of interface converter code,this paper discovers the basic reason for causing alarm is slave clock mode for integrated service access device and synchronous digital system which results in no clock source for the communication system.Meanwhile,it proposes to set master clock mode for one of sides devices and properly improve deviation tolerance of interface converter code.By testing deviation tolerance of interface converter codes in differ-ent manufactures,it explains that clock setting of some integrated service access devices has great impact on code flow rate of the communication system.
