综合护理干预对社区高血压患者社会支持的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on social support in patients with hypertension in community

目的:探讨综合护理干预对社区高血压患者社会支持的影响。方法:随机选取已建立完善的居民健康档案的A、B两个社区240例高血压患者,将A社区120例高血压患者作为A组实施综合护理干预,B社区120例作为B组未给予护理干预,同时随机选取120名健康志愿者作为C组即对照组,比较三组干预前后社会支持情况。结果:干预前,C组社会支持评分均高于A组、B组(P<0.05);干预后,A组社会支持评分均高于干预前及B组(P<0.05)。结论:有效的综合护理干预可明显提高社区高血压患者的社会支持,从而提高生活质量。

Objective：To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on social support in patients with hypertension in community. Methods：240 hypertensive patients who had complete resident health files in the communities of A and B were randomly select-ed. 120 hypertensive patients in the community A were taken as group A and the patients in this group were given comprehensive nursing intervention;other 120 hypertensive patients in the community B were taken as group B and were not given nursing intervention;in addition 120 healthy volunteers were taken as group C（ the control group）. The status of social support was compared among the three groups before and after the intervention. Results：The social support scores were higher in the group C than the group A and B before the intervention（ P﹤0. 05）;the social support scores were higher after the intervention than those before the intervention in the group A and the scores in the group A were higher than those in the group B（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion：The effective comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly enhance the social support for hypertensive patients in community so as to improve their quality of life.
