信息支持对ART孕妇在妊娠期间受孕情况的影响

Influence of information support on the pregnant women with ART during pregnancy

目的:探讨信息支持对辅助生殖技术(ART)孕妇负性情绪、应对方式及受孕率的影响。方法:将行体外受精-胚胎植入治疗的85例孕妇根据随机数字表分为观察组43例和对照组42例,对照组实施常规性护理,观察组在此基础上通过建立不孕症QQ群及定期开展健康宣教讲座给予孕妇生殖健康支持。比较两组护理前后负性情绪、应对方式改善情况,并记录两组受孕成功率及流产率。结果:与护理前比较,护理后两组孕妇SAS、SDS评分显著下降(P<0.05),应对方式和各维度评分明显升高(P<0.05),而护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),应对方式和各维度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);随访1年,观察组妊娠率显著高于对照组,而流产率则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:信息支持能有效改善ART孕妇负性情绪,提高孕妇对自身及环境的应对能力,降低不良妊娠结局发生率,提高孕妇受孕率。

Objective：To explore the influence of information support on the negative emotion,coping style and the conception rate of the pregnant women with assisted reproductive technology（ ART）. Methods：85 pregnant women undergoing the treatment of in-vitro ferti-lization and embryo implantation were randomly divided into the observation group（ n=43 ）and the control group（ n=42 ）. The pregnant women in the control group were given routine nursing care;the reproductive health support was provided for the pregnant women in the ob-servation group through the establishment of QQ group for infertility women and regular health education. The relief of negative emotion and improvement of coping style was compared between the two groups before and after nursing care,and the success rate of fertilization and a-bortion rate were recorded in both groups. Results：The SAS and SDS scores significantly decreased after nursing care compared with those before nursing care（P﹤0. 05）;the scores of coping style and each dimension significantly increased（P﹤0. 05）;the SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group after nursing care（P﹤0. 05）;the scores of coping style and each dimension were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group after nursing care（P﹤0. 05）;after following up for one year,the pregnancy rate was higher and abortion rate was lower in the observation group than the control group（P﹤0. 05）. Con-clusion：The information support can effectively relieve negative emotion of the pregnant women with ART,improve their coping ability,re-duce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and increase the pregnancy rate.
