护理干预对伴发吞咽障碍及肺部感染老年脑卒中患者的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on elderly stroke patients with pulmonary infection associated with dysphagia

目的:探讨护理干预对伴发吞咽障碍及肺部感染老年脑卒中患者的影响。方法:将80例脑卒中后并发吞咽障碍及肺部感染的老年患者按照抛硬币方法随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组接受对症处理和常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予护理干预。比较两组护理干预效果。结果:观察组吞咽障碍治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可明显提高老年脑卒中后并发吞咽障碍及肺部感染的临床治疗效果,明显改善患者吞咽能力。

Objective：To explore the influence of nursing intervention on elderly stroke patients with pulmonary infection associated with dysphagia. Methods：80 elderly stroke patients with pulmonary infection associated with dysphagia were randomly divided into the observa-tion group and the control group（40 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group received symptomatic treatment and routine nursing care;the patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention based on routine nursing care. The effect of nursing inter-vention was compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of treatment of dysphagia was higher in the observation group than the control group（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion：The nursing intervention can significantly enhance the clinical effect in the treatment of pul-monary infection and dysphagia in elderly stroke patients and can improve patient’s swallowing ability.
