摘要
以红椒不定芽为材料,1/2 MS培养基,在(25±1)℃,30μmol·m-2·s-1,10 h·d-1光照条件下,采用正交试验设计方法研究IBA、NAA、6-BA组合对椒草生根的影响,优化生根培养基配方。结果表明:6-BA是影响红椒生根的主要因子,组合1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg·L-1+NAA 1.0 mg·L-1+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1较好,既有利于生根,又有较高的增殖率,生根率100%,每丛根数11.90条,根长1.02 cm,增殖率2.8934,每丛小苗11.58株,苗高1.48 cm。
Using orthogonal experimental design, adventitious buds of Cryptocoryne wendtii tropica cultured in the 1/2MS medium at(25 ± 1) ℃, 30 μmol·m-2·s-1illumination for 10 h·d-1were used to study the effect of IBA,NAA,6-BA combination on its rooting and to optimize the rooting medium formulations. The results showed that 6-BA is the main factor affecting its root. A combination of 1/2 MS + IBA 0.5 mg·L-1+ NAA 1.0 mg·L-1+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1was best, with rooting rate 100%, the number per clump root 11.90, root length 1.02 cm, the proliferation rate 2.8934, lines per clump seedling 11.58 and height 1.48 cm. It was not only advantageous to rooting, but also had a high proliferation rate.
