银离子敷料与负压封闭引流技术在慢性创面换药中的对比研究

Comparative study of ionic silver dressing and vacuum sealing drainage in dressing change for chronic wounds

目的:比较银离子敷料与负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在治疗慢性创面中的疗效。方法:将120例慢性创面患者随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,实验组患者伤口清创后使用银离子敷料-德湿银直接覆盖或填充伤口,对照组彻底清创止血后用VSD敷料填充固定。比较两组患者治疗效果、换药费用、换药次数、愈合时间、疼痛程度。结果:实验组有效率明显高于对照组,换药费用、换药次数、创面愈合时间明显少于对照组,疼痛程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:银离子敷料治疗慢性创面的疗效明显优于VSD。

Objective：To compare the efficacy of ionic silver dressing with that of vacuum sealing drainage（ VSD）in the treatment of chronic wounds. Methods：120 patients with chronic wounds were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group（60 cases in each group）. The ionic silver dressing was used to directly cover or fill the wounds of the patients after wound debridement in the experimental group;the wounds of the patients were filled and fixed by VSD dressing after thorough debridement and hemostasis in the con-trol group. The therapeutic effect,cost of dressing change,times of dressing change,healing time and the degree of pain of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results：The effective rate was significantly higher,the cost of dressing change,times of dressing change and healing time were significantly less and shorter and the degree of pain of the patients was lower in the experimental group than the con-trol group（P﹤0. 05,P﹤0. 01）. Conclusion：The efficacy of ionic silver dressing is significantly superior to that of VSD in treatment of chronic wounds.
