支架植入术治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后排尿障碍42例综合护理

Comprehensive nursing care in the treatment of 42 patients with dysuria after TURP by adopting stent implantation

目的:探讨支架植入术治疗经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后排尿障碍患者的综合护理方法及效果。方法:将83例行支架植入术治疗TURP后排尿障碍患者采用数字表法分为观察组42例和对照组41例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者国际前列腺症状积分(IPSS)、剩余尿量(RUV)、最大尿流率(Qmax)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对支架植入术治疗TURP后排尿障碍患者实施综合护理,能够缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高治疗效果,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective：To explore the comprehensive nursing methods and investigate the effect of stent implantation in the treatment of patients with dysuria after transurethral resection of the prostate（ TURP ）. Methods：83 patients who were treated with stent implantation were randomly divided into the observation group（n=42）and the control group（n=41）. The patients in the control group were given rou-tine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing care,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results：The scores of SAS and SDS were lower in the observation group than the control group after nursing care（P﹤0. 05）;there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of international prostate symptom score（ IPSS ）,residual urine volume （RUV）and Qmax of the patients between the two groups（P﹤0. 05）;the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the obser-vation group than the control group（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing care provided for patients with stent implantation in the treatment of dysuria after TURP can alleviate the anxiety and depression of the patients,improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
