个体化基础疾病护理干预在老年妇科肿瘤患者中的应用

Application of the individualized nursing intervention on basic diseases in elderly patients with gynecological tumors

目的:探讨个体化基础疾病护理干预在老年妇科肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法:将我院收治的96例老年妇科肿瘤患者随机分为研究组和对照组各48例,对照组开展常规围术期护理,研究组根据患者术前基础疾病实施针对性护理干预。比较两组患者术后并发症发生率和住院时间。结果:研究组并发症发生率为8.3%,明显低于对照组25.0%(P<0.05);研究组住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年妇科肿瘤手术患者开展个体化基础疾病护理,能够降低患者术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间。

Objective：To explore the effect of the individualized nursing intervention on basic diseases in elderly patients with gyneco-logical tumors. Methods：96 elderly patients with gynecological tumor were randomly divided into the study group and the control group（48 cases in each group）. The routine perioperative nursing care was given to the patients in the control group;the targeted nursing intervention was implemented in the study group according to the preoperative basic diseases of the patients. The incidence of postoperative complica-tions of the patients and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results：The incidence of postoperative complications of the patients was significantly lower in the study group（8. 3%）than the control group（25%）（P﹤0. 05）;the hospitalization time was significantly shorter in the study group than the control group（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion：The individualized nursing intervention on basic dis-eases in elderly surgical patients with gynecological tumors can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and shorten the hospi-talization time.
