针对计算机专业人才培养质量普遍不高、供需矛盾突出等问题,提出了"教"与"学"有机融合的人才培养质量提升策略。结合教学过程中的实际经验,论述了充分调动学生学习主观能动性,提高教学有效性的具体方法。

In view of the computer professional talent training quality is not high and the contradiction between supply and demand highlights,put forward the concept and strategy of ＂teaching＂ and ＂learning＂ harmonious interaction to improve the quality of personnel training.Combining with practical experience in the teaching process,discusses the concrete methods about fully mobilize students＇ learning initiative and improve the effectiveness of teaching.
