补肾壮督法联合柳氮磺吡啶及双氯芬酸钠治疗强直性脊柱炎56例

On the Treatment of 56 Cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis with Bushen Zhuangdu Method Combined with Sulfasalazine and Diclofenac Sodium

目的:观察补肾壮督法联合柳氮磺吡啶及双氯芬酸钠治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:将112例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例。对照组给予柳氮磺吡啶和双氯芬酸钠治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用补肾壮督中药治疗。疗程均为3个月。观察两组治疗前后的Bath AS疾病活动指数(BASDAI)、Bath AS测量指数(BASMI)、Bath AS功能指数(BASFI)、脊柱痛、夜间痛、患者总体评价(PGA)评分及红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白等指标的改变情况。结果:治疗组显效9例,有效43例,无效4例,有效率占92.86%;对照组显效4例,有效38例,无效14例,有效率占75%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组BASDAI、BASMI、BASFI、脊柱痛、夜间痛、PGA及红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾壮督法联合柳氮磺吡啶及双氯芬酸钠治疗强直性脊柱炎患者,具有很好的抗炎止痛效果,可明显缓解患者的临床症状及控制病情活动。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Bushen Zhuangdu method combined with sulfasalazine and diclofenac sodium （a method of tonifying kidney and strengthening the Governor Vessel） in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods：112 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly and equally divided into a treatment group and a control group.The control group were given Sulfasalazine and Diclofenac Sodium Dual Release Enteric-coated Capsules for 3 months,while the treatment group were treated with Bushen Zhuangdu method based on the treatment of the control group also for 3 months,observing the changes of BASDAI,BASMI,BASFI,spinal pain,night pain,PGA score and erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and other indicators of the two groups before and after treatment.Results：In the treatment group,9 cases were excellence,43 cases were effective,and 4 cases were invalid,the efficiency accounting for 92.86%;while in the control group,4 cases were excellence,38 cases were effective,and 14 cases invalid,the efficiency accounting for 75%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the BASDAI,BASMI,BASFI,spinal pain,night pain,PGA,ESR,and CRP of the two groups improved （P〈0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Bushen Zhuangdu method combined with sulfasalazine and diclofenac sodium had very good anti-inlfammatory and pain-relieving effects in the treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis and could signiifcantly relieve clinical symptoms and control pathogenetic condition.
