强直性脊柱炎伴恶性实体瘤4例分析

摘要 根据国内外文献探讨强直性脊柱炎与恶性实体瘤的关系。总结4例强直性脊柱炎伴发恶性肿瘤患者的发病、诊断经过及其临床特点,结合文献探讨国内外文献报告结果的差异以及病例报道的重要性。
