摘要 针对某型工程车电控系统故障检测需求,对其电控系统故障检测系统进行了设计,采用微电子和计算机测控技术设计系统硬件,以LabWindows/CVI以及Keil C为软件平台,实现了对工程车电控系统状态信息采集、处理、诊断、故障定位的自动化处理。本系统能进一步扩展和升级,并建立故障规则数据库,为维修人员提供更为详尽、准确的排障指导。 According to the requirement of diagnosis of Electrical Control System for engineering vehicle, a test diagnosis system was designed. Microelectronics and computer control technology was used for the system hardware design, Based on LabWindows/CVI and Keil C software platform, the system enable funetions such as signal sample and disposal automatically. This detection equipment can also be used as a substitute for the vehicle. It could be expanded and be updated, and a fault-rules database could be established to provide more and correct guidance to maintenance men.
