摘要
通过描述QC20-W球杆仪系统的组成及特点,介绍了QC20-W球杆仪在VDL-1000数控机床上进行三个平面检测的情况,得出影响其精度的主要因素。实验表明,运用球杆仪对数控机床的精度进行检测方法效率高,且效果显著。
Through the description of the composition and characteristics of QC20-W ballbar system, and introduces the QC20 -w baUba instrument on the VDL - 1000 CNC machine tool is used to detect the three planes, indicates that the main factors affecting the accuracy. Experiments show that using the ballba instrument on the precision of the NC machine tool detection method with high efficiency, and the effect is remarkable.
