摘要
通过与传统供应链管理的对比分析,得出了面向大规模定制的供应链的特点和模型。结合汽车行业生产特点及供应链管理现状的分析,构建了汽车行业面向大规模定制的供应链的基本模型,重点论述在大规模定制的生产方式下,汽车制造商如何通过有效的供应链管理来适应客户的个性化需求,提高客户的满意度和忠诚度。因此,研究面向大规模定制的供应链管理具有重要的现实意义。
Comparing with the traditional supply chain management analysis, the characteristics and the model of mass customization supply chain. Combined with the analysis of the automotive industry production characteristics and current situation of supply chain management, constnwted the basic model of automobile industry oriented to mass customization supply chain, in the mass customization production mode emphasizes, automobile manufacturers to meet the personalized needs of customers through effective supply chain management, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore, research has important practical significance to the supply chain management of mass customization.
