摘要
以一对减速箱体相互啮合的渐开线直齿轮为研究对象,运用PRO/E和ANSYS Workbench建立渐工线直齿轮三维模型和有限元模型,再利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对标准齿轮的啮合齿轮进行静力学有限元分析,得到齿轮接触应力大小云图和形变云图,最后应用理论分析计算结果与有限元分析的结果对比,为减速箱体的齿轮设计和安装提供理论依据。
With a pair of gearbox meshing involute spur gear as research object, using the PRO/E and ANSYS Workbench to establish gradually working line straight gear 3D model and finite element model, then the standard gear meshing gear static mechanics finite element analysis by ANSYS finite element analysis software Workbench, get the gear contact stress nephogram and the deformation nephogram, comparative analysis of calculation results and the results of finite element analysis and application theory for gear design, gear box and provides theory basis for mounting.
