为保证压力管道安全运行,结合实际案例针对γ射线检测方法在石化装置的压力管道中应用的可靠性进行分析研究。γ射线检测虽然较X射线检测灵敏度略有下降,但是在一定范围内其检测质量能够得到保证,而且具有经济效益显著、检测效率高等优点。

In order to ensure the security of pressure pipeline in operation, according to an actual case, the reliability of γ-ray detection method was analyzed and studied when it was used in the pressure pipeline of petrochemical to the X-ray, though the sensitivity would be a slight decrease for the γ-ray detection, the detection quality could be guaranteed in a certain range. Also it has the advantages of significant economic benefits and high detection efficiency.
