科学规划 统筹安排 系统实施——《理工类科研方法》高职师资培训实践与思考

Scientific Planning, Coordinated Arrangement and Systematic Implementation of Research Methods in Science and Engineering: Practice and Reflection

自2012年江苏省在普通高校举办高职师资培训以来,东南大学为办好《理工类科研方法》培训项目,科学规划、统筹安排、系统实施,整合校内外优质资源,根据培训对象与培训要求科学严谨地制订培训计划,实施三大模块并行的培训方案,效果明显,为高校在职业教育师资培养模式中增加了一个样本。

The training programs for higher vocational teachers in institutions of higher education have been launched in Jiangsu Province since 2012, and Southeast University has been working on Research Methods in Science and Engineering through scientific planning, coordinated arrangement and systematic implementation. In light of the trainees and training requirements, the university has worked out training schemes in a scientific and rigorous way by integrating internal and external resources and implementing three modules＇ parallel training scheme with effective results. The university has become a model in training higher vocational teachers.
