摘要 企业调研可知地区行业企业对人才需求情况。结合五年制高职生的职业面向和职业活动现状,可进一步明确专业定位,探索实践与之相适应的技术技能型人才培养模式。五年制高职模具制造专业"项目为载体、岗位相匹配‘双核’相融"人才培养模式能以培养职业素养和职业能力为核心,搭建课内外职业素养培养框架,构建以职业能力课程为核心的一体化课程体系,实现学生综合职业能力培养与企业岗位需求相对接。 The corporate survey is an important method to detect manpower demand. In combination with the current situation of five-year higher vocational students' professional orientation and activities, a more proper skilled .talent training mode can be explored, which takes the cultivation of professional attainment and professional ability as its core with the establishment of in-class and after-class professional attainment training frames and the integrated curriculum system to match the cultivation of the students' comprehensive professional abilities and the corporate demands.
