摘要
以丙烯酸酯类单体和有机氟单体(全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯,TEAc-N)为原料,采用溶液聚合的方式制备了阳离子型有机氟改性丙烯酸树脂并用其制成阴极电泳涂料。通过FT-IR、接触角仪、电导率仪等手段对共聚物树脂及其所配漆液与所得漆膜的性能进行表征,探讨了不同有机氟单体的添加量对电泳涂料性能的影响。结果表明:当有机氟单体的添加量(质量分数)为12%时,漆膜接触角达到了107.5°。改性后的阴极电泳涂料漆膜具有优良的耐腐蚀性。
A cationic organofluorine-modified acrylic resin was synthesized by solution polymerization with perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate (TEAc-N) and acrylate monomers, and then used to prepare an cathodic electrophoretic paint. The structure of the copolymer resin as well as the properties of the electrophoretic paint and the coating obtained therefrom were characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscope, contact angle meter, and conductivity meter. The effects of the amount of organofluorine monomers on properties of the paint were discussed. The results showed that the coating obtained from the organofluorine-modified electrophoretic paint has good corrosion resistance and a contact angle of 107.5° to water when the dosage of TEAc-N is 12wt%.
