摘要
对高泳透力薄膜电泳漆应用于生产实践的可行性进行了评估,在实验室进行了10%、25%、50%、63%、75%、85%和95%的混槽试验,测试了槽液参数、电泳工艺参数和漆膜性能,并进行了线体混槽评估。结果表明,用高泳透力薄膜电泳漆拼混普通电泳漆不需进行设备改造就可以直接使用;当混槽比例从10%增加到95%时,所得漆膜的理化性能全部合格,而且随着混槽比例的增加,漆膜泳透力升高,膜厚降低。生产应用表明,该薄膜电泳漆具有泳透力高、外板膜厚低而内腔膜厚高于普通电泳漆的特点,可实现在节约原材料成本的同时提高整车的防腐性能。
The feasibility of application of a thin-film electrophoretic paint with high throwing power to production practice was evaluated not only in laboratory by testing the original bath mixed with 10%, 25%, 50%, 63%, 75%, 85%, and 95% of it but also on production line. The bath parameters, electrophoretic conditions, and coating properties were determined. The results indicated that the thin-film electrophoretic paint with high throwing power can be directly applied by mixing it with a common electrophoretic paint without any alteration of equipments. When the proportion of thin-film electrophoretic paint is increased from 10% to 95%, both physical and chemical properties of the coating obtained are up to standard, and the throwing power is improved, while the coating thickness is decreased. The production practice showed that the thin-film electrophoretic paint has high throwing power, decreases the coating thickness on outer plate, and forms a thicker coating on inner plate than the common electrophoretic paint, saving cost, reducing the consumption of raw materials, and improving the corrosion protection for whole car body.
