在汽车涂装生产线中,为了保证涂装设备的顺畅运行,通常使用润滑油进行维护。然而润滑油的使用不仅要满足不同输送系统的机械润滑需要,而且要兼顾与涂料的配套性。本文介绍了汽车涂装生产线用润滑油与涂料的配套性试验方法,包括润滑油挥发率测试、油飞溅试验、油突沸试验等,给出了判断涂料缩孔等级的企业标准,可为汽车涂装输送线用润滑油的选择提供参考。

In a production line for automobile painting, , lubricant is commonly used for maintenance to ensure the painting equipment smoothly running. However, the use of lubricant is not only required to meet the requirement of machinery lubrication for different conveying systems, but also to pay attention its compatibility with the paint. In this article, some methods for testing the compatibility of lubricants used for automobile painting line with paints were introduced, including lubricant volatilization rate determination, lubricant splashing test, boiling test, etc. The company standard for evaluation of coating shrinkage was given. It can be a reference for selecting the lubricant for conveying system of an automobile painting line.
