碘化钾-四丁基溴化铵-水体系浮选分离锗(Ⅳ)

Floatation separation of germanium (Ⅳ) in potassium iodide-tetrabutyl ammonium bromide-aqueous system

摘要 研究了碘化钾四丁基溴化铵水体系浮选分离锗的行为及与一些金属离子分离的条件.结果表明,在水溶液中,锗(Ⅳ)与碘化钾和四丁基溴化铵形成不溶于水的三元缔合物[GeI62-][TBAB+]2,此三元缔合物浮于水相上层形成界面清晰的液固两相.当溶液中四丁基溴化铵和碘化钾的浓度分别为9.0×10-4 mol/L和3.0×10-2 mol/L,pH值为2时,锗(Ⅳ)可与Ce(Ⅲ)、Cr(Ⅲ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Mg(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Sn(Ⅳ)、Zr(Ⅳ)、V(Ⅴ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Mo(Ⅵ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Al(Ⅲ)、W(Ⅵ)、Ga(Ⅲ)、Rh(Ⅲ)、U(Ⅵ)、La(Ⅲ)和Ti(Ⅳ)定量分离.采用方法对合成水样中锗(Ⅳ)进行分离和测定,锗的浮选率为97.8%~100%. The behavior and conditions for flotation and separation of germanium(Ⅳ) from other metal ions were investigated with potassium iodide(KI)-tetrabutyl ammonium bromide(TBAB)-aqueous system.The results showed that,in aqueous solutions,germanium (Ⅳ) combined with KI and TBAB into a insoluble ternary association compound [GeI62-][TBAB+]2,which was floated well on the surface of aqueous phase to form liquid solid biphase with a distinct boundary layer.Germanium (Ⅳ) could be quantiatively separated from Ce(Ⅲ),Cr(Ⅲ),Ni(Ⅱ),Mg(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Sn(Ⅳ),Zr(Ⅳ),V(Ⅴ),Co(Ⅱ),Mo(Ⅵ),Mn(Ⅱ),Al(Ⅲ),W(Ⅵ),Ga(Ⅲ),Rh(Ⅲ),U(Ⅵ),La(Ⅲ) and Ti(Ⅳ) at pH 2 when the concentrations of TBAB and KI in the solution were 9.0× 10-4 mol/L and 3.0× 10-2 mol/L,respectively.This method was applied for the separation and determination of germanium (Ⅳ) in synthetic water sample,the floatation yields of germanium (Ⅳ) were 97.8%-100%.
