摘要
通过不同焊接规范对冷轧态和退火态304不锈钢板材进行电阻缝焊,研究不同焊接参数下,两种状态304不锈钢焊缝的成形情况、微观组织变化、拉伸性能变化以及高温拉伸性能。结果表明:同等厚度的板材,冷轧态-退火态304不锈钢电阻缝焊过程中应采用较退火态304不锈钢更小的焊轮压力施焊。
Resistance seam welding was perfumed to cold rolled 304 stainless steel and 304 stainless steel in annealing state with different welding variables. The welding shape, microstructure, tensile property and high temperature tensile property of the weld joints under the different welding parameters were analyzed. The results showed that cold rolled-annealed rolled 304 stainless steel should adopt lower welding force compared with the annealed-rolled 304 stainless steel in the same thickness sheet.
