摘要
根据低磷钢转炉生产数据,分析了冶炼后期熔池碳含量与温度的对应关系对脱磷效果的影响,绘制了吹炼后期有利于脱磷的碳-温变化曲线,为终点钢水磷含量判断,以及吹炼后期调整冶炼工艺、提高脱磷效果提供参考。研究表明,转炉冶炼低磷钢水时,由中后期副枪检测的数据或烟气分析系统的监测数据在碳-温轨迹曲线上的位置,对操作工艺进行有针对性的调整可获得良好的脱磷效果。
According to the real data of production, the effect of correspondence between the bath carbon content and temperature on dephosphorization was analyzed during the low phosphor molten steel refining at the later blowing stage of BOF. And on this basis, the C-T relation curve that beneficial for phosphorus removal was plotted, which could inform the adjustment of steelmaking process and improvement of dephosphorization. Result showed that a targeted operation according to the position in the C-T relation curve of the data measured by sublance or CEMS would control the dephosphorization effectively.
