面对IPTV和OTT TV的竞争,广电运营商需要引进互联网电视牌照商的视频内容,来丰富网内的内容。介绍了天津泰达有线电视网络有限公司互联网电视应用系统的设计与实现。系统与互联网电视牌照商进行总平台对接,引入互联网电视牌照商的视频内容,提高了广电运营商的市场竞争力。

To face the competition from IPTV and OTT TV, broadcasting operators need to enrich their contents through introduction of videos from Internet TV license providers. This paper introduced the design and realization of an Internet TV application system of Tianjin TEDA Cable TV Network Co., Ltd. Through connection to the central platform of Internet TV license provider, the system is able to get access to video contents and thus improves the broadcasting operator＇s market competitiveness.
