发展低碳经济作为推动可持续发展、保障能源安全与应对气候变化的基本途径,已得到世界各国的普遍认同。通过技术路线图的方法,科学预测天津市低碳材料领域的市场需求和发展趋势,为实现天津低碳材料产业快速发展提供了对策建议。
Low carbon economy has been generally recognized in the world as the basic way to promote the sustain- able development, safeguard energy security and tackle climate change. Based on the technology roadmap method, market demand and development trend of low carbon materials in Tianjin were forecasted to provide countermeasures for the rapid development of the low carbon material industry in the city.
