摘要
利用氯乙酸与氢氧化钠反应生成氯乙酸钠,然后在碱性条件下与苯酚反应生成苯氧乙酸钠,最后进行酸化得到苯氧乙酸,并通过正交实验筛选出最佳的合成工艺条件为:苯酚∶氯乙酸(mol)为1∶1.2,pH=12,回流时间为0.5 h,酸化时间为2 h时,产品产率为93%左右。该方法具有反应时间短,易控制,操作简便及后处理简单等优点。
Chloroacetic acid reacted with sodium hydroxide to produce sodium chloroacetate , the sodium chloroacetate reacted with phenol to generate oxygen benzene acetic acid sodium in alkaline condition , and the phenoxyacetic acid was got after acidification.The optimum conditions selected by orthogonal experiments were that the ratio of phenol and chloroacetic acid was 1:1.2(mol), pH=12, at 97℃ (reflux) for 0.5 h, the acidification time was 2 h, and the yield reached about this method had the characteristics of short reaction time safety , easy control and simple operation.
