摘要 以对硝基甲苯作为原料,针对传统的溴素制备氢溴酸上溴工艺,改进溴化剂,引入N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)作为溴化剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)作为引发剂,二氯甲烷作为最佳反应溶剂,50℃反应8 h,反应收率≥85%。该工艺路线具有生产成本低、操作简便、反应时间短、适合工业化生产以及符合环保要求等特点。 A new method of preparation 4 -nitrobenzyl bromide was developed using p -nitrotoluene as raw material, NBS as bromination agent and AIBN as initiator , with the optimum solvent methylene chloride , reaction temperature 50 ℃, reaction time 8 h, and the yield was up to 85%.The method of the basis of traditional process of bromine bromine preparation hydrobromide improved agent bromide.This process route had the characteristics of a low production cost , simple operation , short reaction time , easy industrial production and environmentally friendly.
